天照大神

Amaterasu Ōmikami is a goddess in Japanese mythology who embodies three aspects: the sun goddess the ancestral deity and the priestess and she is positioned as the highest among YaoYorozunoKami.　Amaterasu Ōmikami the sun goddess hid in a cave (Amano Iwato) to avoid the rough behavior of her younger brother Susanoo no Mikoto. As a result the world was plunged into darkness and the eight million (yaoyorozu) gods gathered at Amanoyasukawara to devise a strategy.
